The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is currently studying how best to improve or preserve existing and future operations and safety on OR 99E from north of the Woodburn Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) to the Pudding River north of Aurora.
ODOT has selected a team of consultants to assist it with this project. Project team members will actively engage property owners, businesses, residents, stakeholders and elected and appointed officials throughout the project. Opportunities to participate in the planning process are detailed in a Public Involvement Program. Community members are encouraged to participate in the corridor planning process by attending committee and public meetings and by providing comments about the plan.
