Budget Committee

Aurora, like all local governments in Oregon, must prepare and adopt an annual budget.  This budget must be completed by June 30th, the day before the start of the fiscal year it is for.  The budget process is set up to encourage citizen involvement in the preparation of the budget prior to it's final adoption. City of Aurora's budget process complies with local budget law established by the State of Oregon.

 

A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained at the Budget Committee meeting, May 7th 2025 6pm,  at Aurora City Hall, 21420 Main Street NE, and afterwards between the hours of 9:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.

 

The Budget Committee consists of the Mayor, City Council and five citizens of the community.
