City Planner
The City Planner answers inquiries about future development and city projects, conducts studies and formulates reports relating to a variety of development issues including transportation, land use, environmental assessments, and urban design.
The City Planner is responsible for making recommendations to the City Council for changes to the Aurora Comprehensive Plan, the Historic District and the Zoning Map, along with developing and monitoring several master plans to guide the City, covering storm water, parks and recreation and transportation.
